Ingredients


For a 12 lb (6 kg) turkey
  • 1 C (1 C) butter
  • 1 C (1 C) diced onion
  • 1 12 C (1 12 C) diced celery
  • 1 C (1 C) cranberries
  • 1 C (1 C) diced apples
  • 1 C (1 C) chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp (1 Tbsp) Holiday Seasoning
  • 1 C (250 ml) Chicken Broth, prepared
  • 7 C (1 7/10 L) soft breadcrumbs
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Melt butter in a large Fry Pan. Add onions and celery and cook until tender. Add cranberries, apple, walnuts and Seasoning.
  • Add Chicken Broth, bring to a quick boil, then remove from heat.
  • Add bouillon mixture to breadcrumbs. Season to taste and toss gently to combine.
